We are a mixed team of engineers, consultants, project managers and coaches.

We have pioneered the use of many of our current tools, techniques and ways of working. Using, amending and refining these techniques over many years and catering for a wide range of client requests has allowed us to develop the way we work today.

Our experience of working at the sharp end has guided us on our continuing journey. This journey has involved receiving awards for our work on change, creating new exciting products and most recently enjoying added energy following a management buyout.

Our (very grandiose) mission is to break the mould of how consulting and coaching works today. The sole purpose of a consultant or coach is to be continuously employed. In most cases, this means that they cling like a limpit to their clients and often outlive their usefulness.

We want to provide clients with self-sufficient tools so that they can do a lot of the basic consulting and coaching thinking for themselves. If you make your own decisions they are a lot easier to accept than if someone else tells you.

Everything we do concentrates on people and process. These must be considered together in any situation. One without the other will cause failure. Combining these with pictures is how we deliver real value to our clients.
