What is TeamWorks Learning?

Measure the effectiveness of your training and demonstrate its effectiveness to your client or organisation.

TeamWorks Learning is your own workspace on the Diabolo Journeys TeamWorks website, which is designed especially for training course delegates. You link your training event to the site by using extraordinary team mapping tools.

The delegates facilitated by their trainer can contribute to a mind map which is either displayed as a giant poster or on an interactive whiteboard. As the course progresses the team discuss their learning, and the details of their interaction are captured and transferred to a replica of the map on the TeamWorks workspace.

After the training event, course delegates can then access these rich maps and contribute ideas and create discussion treads via collaboration software. There is an online journal and online personal learning map for each delegate to record progress and insights, as well as plan how to put their learning into action.

There are online assessments and a 360 to measure delegate progress.

There is a feature called mCoach where delegates can be prompted via a mobile text message (SMS) to provide feedback to a post training survey (again via SMS or via the web) weeks after the event is over.
